Between Sheets was created as my final project for a Large Format Techniques class. We were given the freedom to explore concepts and themes of our choice with the only requirement that we use a 4x5 View Camera.
This photo essay reflects my thoughts on the stages of coming out to oneself. The work is divided into three stages - discomfort, grief, acceptance - and is represented by the respective subject matters of marbled ink, dye, and a white sheet.
